Kodetica is an educational platform offering gamified programming learning experiences. These Terms govern your use of our services, including the website, coding challenges, and other resources provided.

2. Account Creation and Use

• By creating an account, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old or have parental consent if under 18.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Services Provided

• Structured learning paths in frontend, backend, and full-stack development.
• Gamified progression systems with XP, levels, and achievements.
• Coding challenges in the Dojo to enhance practical skills.
• Mock technical interviews for job preparation.
• Access to curated resources (both free and paid).

4. Payment Processing

Kodetica uses Paddle as its Merchant of Record for all payment processing. All transactions are subject to Paddle's terms and policies.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available under the following conditions:
• If a technical issue prevents you from accessing or using our services and cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.
• If you were incorrectly charged due to an error on our part.
• We do not issue refunds for services already provided or used during the subscription period, purchases made more than 7 days ago, or issues arising due to user negligence.
• To request a refund, please contact us at contact@kodetica.com with your account details, purchase date, and reason for the refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
• Upon subscription cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period, with no partial refunds for unused periods.

6. User Conduct

• You agree not to use Kodetica for unlawful purposes or post harmful content.
• Reverse engineer or exploit any part of the platform.
• Share your account credentials with others.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Kodetica, including coding challenges, tutorials, and designs, is owned by Kodetica or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without explicit permission.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Kodetica provides its services "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of Kodetica is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and process your data in compliance with GDPR regulations.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Kodetica if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Poland (where Kodetica operates) unless otherwise specified by mandatory local laws.
